Sending and returning
Brykkar Oü ("we") is the operator of (https://www.brykkar.ee) ("Website").
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. They are intended to ensure that both parties have made a conscious agreement to mutually protect each other's interests and set expectations for our services.
1. General
Information about stocks. We endeavor to keep an accurate record of our stock on the website, but from time to time there may be variances in stock and we are unable to guarantee the availability of all products at the time of purchase. In this case, we will send you the available products and contact you to find out whether you prefer to wait for the order to be restocked or if you would like a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Shipping is paid with purchase.
This price is the final cost of shipping to the customer.
Shipping to an Omniva locker in Estonia costs €4.34/package.
3. Return
3.1 Return due to change of mind
Brykkar Oü will be happy to take back the goods due to a change of heart as long as we have received the return request within 14 days of receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. The back and forth shipping must be paid for by the customer, and the logistics must be organized by the customer. Once the return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed as an online store credit for future purchases. We will notify you by email when this operation is complete.
(Brykkar Oü) will refund the value of the returned item, but will NOT refund the shipping costs.
3.2 Return under warranty
Brykkar Oü will be happy to honor all applicable warranty claims if the claim is submitted within 90 days of receiving the goods. Customers must pay an upfront fee for returns, but we will reimburse this in the event of a successful warranty claim. When returning items under warranty, you can Expect Brykkar Oü to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim has been approved, you can choose:
(a) a refund using a payment method convenient for you
(b) repayment in store credit
(c) a replacement product sent to you (subject to sufficient stock)
4. Terms of Use
4.1 Sending a parcel in Estonia, Latvia and Finland with parcel lockers and couriers takes 1-4 working days.
4.2 Transit time in the EU
Generally, orders shipped internationally take 5-8 days in transit.
4.3 Shipping Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payment for the order.
Our warehouse is open during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays when the warehouse is closed. In these cases, we try to ensure that the delay time of the shipments is kept to a minimum.
4.4 Changing the delivery address
We can change the delivery address at the customer's request and if necessary before sending the order.
4.5 Sending P.O. Kasti
Brykkar Oü sends P.O. box only through the postal service. We cannot provide courier services to these locations.
4.6 Sending Military Addresses
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot provide courier services while providing this service.
4.7 Products outside Laos
If any product is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock products and ship the remaining products in the order.
4.8 Deadline exceeded
If the delivery time is longer than the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate.
5. Shipment tracking
Upon shipment, customers receive a tracking link from which they can monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates.
6. Transport damaged packages
If you find that the package has been damaged in transit, if possible, immediately return it to the courier who brought the package and contact our customer support. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer support for next steps.
7. Toll charges and meanings
7.1 Value Added Tax
VAT has already been applied to the price of the item as it appears on our website.
7.2 Import duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. It varies from country to country and Brykkar Oü encourages you to be aware of these possible costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay customs duties upon arrival at the destination, the goods will be returned at the customers expense to Brykkar Oü and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid, minus the return shipping costs. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can cancel the order before we ship it from stock. If the order has already been shipped out of stock, please see our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the amount specified by the courier company.
9.1 Damaged package in transport
We will start looking for a refund or replacement as soon as the courier company has finished investigating the claim.
9.2 Loss of package during transit
We will refund or replace the product as soon as the courier company has conducted an investigation and declared the package lost.
